Considering there is an Inn, would it be possible that there are stables for horses? If so , can a stable master be played ?

There is indeed stable. Moreover, a farm will be built soon so that the inn can be an actual inn and the farm will function as a boarding house. There will be a stable there as well and a small assortment of various animals.
As for the role of stable master, the same applies as I posted earlier in another thread. If you role play it, the job is yours. IC you will want to contact either Nyara or Karnath as they are currently overseeing the inn.
I really do need to map this stuff out for people to see. Someone poke me until I do it.
