I have a lot of questions, but I'm going to start with one for right now.
As far as the Inn goes, what sort of staff are you looking for? I have Eloise, of course, and she can work in the kitchen if only washing things up and preparing things for meals (as I don't know who is taking care of the actual cooking right now, if anyone, and I don't wanna step on toes!). I also have another character I can fit in - Brienne - who has extensive history in cleaning crap to put it plainly! lol

As far as inn staffing goes, since most workers will end up being NPCs once the inn gets running, it should be no problem to step into whatever role you wish. If there is some overlap, it won't really matter because no one is going to work 24 hours a day.
The only position, as it were, that is filled is Karnath is currently managing the employees of the inn under Nyara's direction. If you want to know IC if anything currently needs taken care of, he'd probably be the one to seek out.
Just so it's stated somewhere for people to see, the inn has need of cleaning staff, a couple bartenders, a handyman or two of some sort for manual labor, cooks, entertainers. Use your imagination. Some of these areas are covered, or will fall under the purview of more than one character. It happens, working together isn't a bad thing and most businesses will run as such. A bartender won't let the fire go out simply because the handyman is busy keeping the inn from flooding.
The only thing I do ask is that if you chose to fill one of these roles, then please play it as such. If you're just looking for a title to add to your character's resume, look elsewhere and leave these roles to the people that want to actually play them. No one is expected to work all the time, but at least throw it in now and again.
